How will my Prolong Device order get to me?

Orders arrive on a Fully tracked and insured service in 3-5 business days. 

• All deliveries are within the UK.
• We are unable to process orders to PO Box addresses.

Help, my Prolong Device order hasn't arrived! What do I do?

If you’ve waited over 7 business days and your order still hasn’t arrived, shoot us an email at info@prolongdevice.com

What is your return policy?

If the device is unopened and unused and we will accept returns within 7 days, for a full refund minus shipping. If the device is faulty, please contact us and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
